The website is hosted by IONOS. When the website is accessed, technically necessary server data such as IP address, time, requested URL, referrer and browser data is processed to deliver, operate and secure the website.
Contact requests, inquiry form and uploads
If you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or an inquiry form, we process the contact details, project details, message content and optional uploaded files you provide to handle your inquiry, check samples, availability, custom cuts and technical suitability, and communicate before a possible contract.
The form may accept PDF and image files. Please do not upload confidential or special personal data that is not required for the inquiry. Files are used only to handle the inquiry and are not made public.
When using WhatsApp, you leave our website and communicate through an external service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited or the Meta group. Phone number, message content, usage data and metadata may be processed. Email, phone and the inquiry form are available as alternatives.

Cookies and local storage
This site uses necessary local storage for usability, especially theme, cookie/map/marketing decision, saved selection and filter state. Google Tag Manager is embedded to manage Google and Meta services centrally; analytics and marketing storage is denied by default through consent settings and released only after the corresponding selection. External Google Fonts are not loaded.
